Résumé: The study aimed to highlight the impact of organizational citizenship behaviours on a university professor's performance through a field study in the Faculty of Economics, Commercial Sciences, Management Sciences and Obstruction approach,in which we relied on the descriptive curriculum and used the questionnaire as a tool for gathering information, 67 questionnaire forms were distributed to a sample of the faculty's professors. The results were analysed based on the SPSS programme as well as a set of statistical tools and methods. The study found a series of findings, the most important of which was that the overall trend of all members of the sample around the axis of organizational citizenship behaviors was high. The overall trend of all members of the sample around the axis of university professor performance was consistent with any high assessment. There is a positive correlation between organizational citizenship behaviors and the performance of the university professor, as well as the moral impact of organizational citizenship behaviors. (altruism, conscience awareness, civilizational behaviour) in the performance of the university professor where the determination factor R-deux was 53.6%
