Résumé: الملخص المنظمات اليوم ملزمة بالاهتمام أكثر بموضوع الميزة التنافسية نتيجة التحولات المتسارعة التي قلصت الفجوة بين إنتاج وتطبيق المعرفة، وتعتبر الثقافة التنظيمية المساندة والمدعمة والمشجعة لها من الدعائم التي يمكن أن تساهم في تحقيق التفوق التنافسي . ونهدف من خلال هذا البحث للوقوف على مساهمة الثقافة التنظيمية بأبعادها في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة وذلك من وجهة نظر إطارات مؤسسة صناعة الكوابل بسكرة Abstract : Today's organisations are more committed to interest in competitive advantage as a result of rapid changes that have reduced the gap between the production and application of knowledge. Supportive and encouraging organisationnel culture is one of the pillars that can contribute to achieving the competitive edge. This research aims to determine the contribution of organisationnel culture dimensions in achieving competitive advantage of the organisation from the point of view of top level managers in ENICABiskra .
