انعكاسات الأزمة المالية العالمية على الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على مكانة تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في ارتقاء النشاط الاقتصادي، و الوقوف عند مدى مساهمتها في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي خاصة في ظل الأزمة المالية العالمية . فبعد بروز الأزمة المالية العالمية طرأت عدة تغييرات أولها كان على اقتصاديات الدول المتقدمة، لكنها لم تتوقف عند ذلك الحد، فمظاهرها باتت منتشرة في معظم دول العالم سواء عبر طرق مباشرة أو غير مباشرة، و ما زاد من حدتها بروز أزمة أخرى و هي من مخلفات الأزمة المالية العالمية، و هي أزمة النفط التي ضربت باقتصاديات الدول ذات الطابع الريعي و من بينها الجزائر، التي تعرضت لتدهور شديد و تراجع حاد في الميزانية العمومية، التضخم و البطالة... Abstract: This research paper aims to shed light on the place of foreign direct investment flows in the rise of economic activity, and to determine the extent of their contribution to achieving economic growth, especially in light of the global financial crisis.
