واقع تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة -دراسة ميدانية على عينة من مؤسسات في ورقلة وتقرت-

Résumé: جاءت إشكالية هذه الدراسة كمحاولة للتعرف واقع تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية، ومن اجل معالجة هذه الإشكالية ما مدى تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة؟ والتحكم فيها ميدانيا, تم اختيار عينة من المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بولاية ورقلة وتقرت لإجراء الدراسة الميدانية، ولاختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي و أداة لجمع المعلومات تمثلت في تصميم الاستبيان وتوزيعه على عينة الدراسة المتكونة من 44مسؤولا إداريا في 7 مؤسسات محل الدراسة , بهدف التعرف على مدى تطبيق أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية وفهم المسؤولين للمسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسات محل الدراسة. أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن توجد فروق حول تطبيق أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية تعزى لمتغيرات الشخصية, و أن هناك فهم للمسؤولين لمفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وهي دالة على واقع المؤسسات لتبنيها المسؤولية الاجتماعية بشكل مقبول. The proplematie tackled by this reseorch is to identify assuming the social responsability, in order to examine this proplematie and pat it in the field, we chose a sample of a small and average componies in ouargla and touggourt terrctories for the field study. To test the reliability of the hypotheses of our study we relied upen a tool for collecting data that is the questionnaire which was dissgned and then handed to the somple of the study comsisting of 44 officials, have to understand the social responsibility in the componies in question. The findings did show that there was no and varieties on the application of the social responsibility limesions since they are submitted to the individual vori ables in addition, the officials do enjoy a strong understanding of the social reponsability as an indicator of the companies reality in questions in adopting well the social reponsability.
