الالتزام بالإعلام الالكتروني: آلية لحماية مستهلك الخدمات المصرفية الالكترونية

Résumé: ملخص: فرض المشرع الجزائري على كل مهني التزامًا بإعلام المستهلك عن كل المعلومات المتعلقة بالخدمات المقدمة في جميع المجالات لا سيما المجال البنكي، حيث يمتلك البنك معلومات عديدة عن الخدمات المصرفية التي يحترفها ويجهلها المستهلك، وبالأخص منها الخدمات المصرفية الالكترونية، إذ توسعت دائرة التفاوت في المعلومات نتيجة التطور التكنولوجي والتقني الحاصل، مما يفرض على البنك التزاما بالإعلام الإلكتروني بشكل يضمن حماية أكبر لمستهلك الخدمات المصرفية المقدمة عن بعد. Abstract: The Algerian legislator imposed on every professional an obligation to inform the consumer about all information related to the services provided in all fields, especially the banking field, where the bank has many information about banking services that are professional and unknown to the consumer, especially electronic banking services, as the circle of disparity in information has expanded as a result of the technological and technical development that has taken place, which imposes on the bank obligation to electronic inform, in a way that ensures greater protection for the consumer of remote banking services.
