جامعة الجزائر 2 في تصنيف ويب ومتركس :المساهمة في اقتراح إستراتيجية من أجل تحسين ترتيبها

Résumé: تشكل شبكة الأنترنيت مجال بحث واستكشاف في غاية الأهمية لميدان علم المكتبات، حيث تطبق فيها العديد من المناهج والمقاربات، من بين أهمها قياسات الشبكة العنكبوتية Webometrics . تستخدم قياسات الشبكة العنكبوتية الطرق الإحصائية والرياضية لقياس الأ وجه الكمية والنوعية لشبكة الويب. من بين أهم تطبيقاتها العملية نجد تصنيف الويبومتركس للجامعات. نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة تحت عنوان " جامعة الجزائر 2 في تصنيف ويبومتركس : المساهمة في اقتراح إستراتجية من أجل تحسين ترتيبها"، تحليل الموق االلكتروي للجامعة وفق مؤشرات تصنيف ويبومتركس المتمثلة في: المرئية Visibility ، الإنفتاح Openess والتميز Excellence . استخدمنا المنهج الوفف لتلليل حتتو موق جامعة الجزائر 2، والمنهج الويبومتري لقياس مرئيته وتأث يه على الشبكة بتلليل الروابط العنكبوتية وحساب معامل التأثي العنكبوتي. اعتمدنا في جم المعلومات على حتركات البلث Google ، Bing و Yahoo وبأداتي Ahrefs و Majestic وقاعدة بيانات Scopus . توفلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أبرزها : 1. إنخفاض مرئية الموق نظرا لقلة عدد الروابط الخارجية التي تستقطبها الجامعة. 2. عدم احتساب مؤشر االنفتاح عند إعداد ترتيب الجامعة نظرا لإقصاء الجامعة في هذا المؤشر وسبب ذلك يرج لحسابات Google scholar المزيفة. إنخفاض الإنتاج العلم في قاعدة بيانات Scopus وقلة الإستشهاد به جعل الجامعة تتلصل على مرتبة منخفضة في مؤشر التميز. اقترحنا في الأخي إستراتجية من أجل تحسين مكانة وترتيب الجامعة في تصنيف ويبومتركس م آليات لتنفيذها على شكل دليل يحتوي 15 نقطة. The Internet is a very important area of research and exploration for the field of Library science, where many methods and approaches are applied, one of the most important is Webometrics. Webometrics use statistical and mathematical methods for measuring the quantitative and qualitative aspects of the web. Webometrics ranking of universities is a practical applications of webometrics. Through this study titled " Algiers 2 university in the Webometrics ranking: proposition of strategy to improve its ranking", we attempt to analyse the university's website according to the indicators of the Webometrics ranking, namely: Visibility, Openness and Excellence. We used the descriptive approach to analyse the content of Algiers 2 university website, and the webometric approach to measure its visibility and impact on the web by analysing its links and calculating their impact factor. We relied on Google, Bing and Yahoo search engines, Ahrefs, Majestic tools and Scopus databases to collect information. The study came up with a number of results, most notably: 1. Low visibility of the website due to the low number of external links that the university attracts. 2. The openness is not calculated when preparing the university's ranking due to the existing of fake Google scholar accounts. 3. The low of scientific production in the Scopus database and the lack of citations made the university get a low ranking in the excellence index. Finally, we proposed a strategy to improve the university's position and ranking in the Webometrics ranking with mechanisms to implement it in the form of a 15-point guide
