For legally defined procedures, He has basic rights related to protecting himself and his professional life, such as a salary, and he also bears obligations related to the exercise of his job and other obligations that follow him outside the senior position. Resignation, or unusual is the abolition of the higher position or the structure in which the high employee works, the summons of the higher employee to occupy another position, the reintegration of the high employee into his original rank because of his mistake.
