النظام القانوني الجزائري لضمان الاستخدام السلمي للطاقة النووية

Résumé: اهتم المجتمع الدولي، والنظام القانوني الدولي بتنظيم الاستخدامات السلمية للطاقة النووية حيث عملت الدول على حماية الإنسان والممتلكات والبيئة من أضرار الاستخدامات النووية والإشعاعية من خلال المعاهدات والاتفاقات الدولية المتعددة الأطراف، فأصدرت التشريعات الوطنية اللازمة لتنظيم الاستخدام الآمن لها منذ منتصف القرن الماضي. كما عملت على مراجعة وتطوير هذه التشريعات والتنظيمات بعد شيوع استخدام المواد والنظائر المشعة، وشروعها في برامج نووية لتوليد الكهرباء بالطاقة النووية، ووضعت القوانين التي تعالج أوجه القصور في هذه التشريعات. ومن الدول التي انتهجت هذا النهج هي الجزائر. Abstract: The international community and the international legal system took an interest in regulating the peaceful uses of nuclear energy. It worked to protect human, property and the environment from the damages of nuclear and radiological uses through international multilateral treaties and agreements. It also worked to review and develop these legislation and regulations after the widespread use of radioactive materials and isotopes, and launched nuclear programs to generate electricity with nuclear energy, and developed laws that address the deficiencies in these legislation. One of the countries that have adopted this approach is Algeria.
