Résumé: ملخص: تعتبر مؤسسة التكوين وحدة اجتماعية يتفاعل فيها الأفراد من خلال العملية التكوينية حتى يصبحوا أفرادا أكفاء فعالين يساهمون في تنمية المجتمع وتعد سياسة المؤسسة التي تعتمد عليها في تسيير مختلف عملياتها التنظيمية الوسيلة التي تحقق بها أهمية الفرد المتكون ودوره، فتطبق تدابير تراعي الوضعيات والأوقات المناسبة من خلال توفير بيئة آمنة تضمن له الاستقرار والاندماج، إذ تعمل الخطط والإستراتيجيات الموضوعة على تغيير الاتجاهات النفسية والذهنية والاجتماعية للفرد، التي تشعره بالأمن والطمأنينة، وتأهيله بواسطة المعلومات النظرية والتطبيقية التي يحتاجها في عملية التكوين وكذا مختلف المهارات النفسية والاجتماعية، كلها تساهم في تأهيله كي يصبح فردا مندمجا في المجتمع وقادرا على أداء مهامه مستقبلا. الكلمات المفتاحية: سياسة التكوين المهني – التكوين المهني - الأمن الاجتماعي Abstract: The institution of formation is a social unit in which individuals interact through the training process so that they become competent and efficient individuals who contribute to the development of society. The policy of the institution on which the various organizational processes are based is the means by which the importance and role of the individual is realized. A safe environment ensures stability and integration. Plans and strategies are designed to change the psychological, mental and social trends of the individual, which makes him feel safe and secure. He is rehabilitated by the theoretical and practical information he needs. In the configuration process, as well as various psychological and social skills, all contribute to the rehabilitation of individuals to become integrated into society and able to perform its functions in the future.
