Résumé: الهدف من هذا البحث هو دراسة تأثير اخلاقيات التسويق على ولاء الزبون عن العلامة التجارية كوندور, مع وجود الرضا كمتغير وسيط , و من أجل تحديد هذا التأثير قمنا بدراسة ميدانية تم من خلالها توزيع استمارات موجهة لعدد من زبائن علامة كوندور مست حوالي 115 مستهلك , و تم تحليل معطيات الدراسة باستخدام أسلوب النمذجة عن طريق المعادلات الهيكلية, و قد استنتجنا من خلال هذه الدراسة أن هناك تأثير ايجابي لأخلاقيات التسويق على ولاء الزبون للعلامة التجارية مع وجود الرضا كمتغير وسيط. The objective of this research is to study the impact of marketing ethics on the Customer loyalty for the condor brand, In order to determine this effect, we conducted an applied study in which a number of customers of the condor brand were distributed to about 115 customers:, The structural equation modeling(SEM was used to analyze the study data. We have concluded from this study that there is a positive effect of marketing ethics on the customer loyalty by The mediating effect of customer satisfaction.
