نموذج عمل مقترح لتعزيز دور الدبلوماسية الاقتصادية في الاستراتيجية الجزائرية للتصدير خارج المحروقات A Proposed Plan To Enhance The Role Of "economic Diplomacy" In The Algerian Strategy For Non-hydrocarbon Export

Résumé: عالجت الدراسة دور "الدبلوماسية الاقتصادية" كداعم للاستراتيجية الجزائرية للتصدير خارج المحروقات، واستعرضت نموذج عمل مقترح لذلك من خلال ثلاث محاور رئيسية: (01) تعريف "الدبلوماسية الاقتصادية"، (02) أهم ملامح نموذج العمل المقترح للدبلوماسية الاقتصادية لدعم التصدير خارج المحروقات، (03) أهم آليات تعزيز نموذج العمل وتقييم أدائه. وقد توصلت الورقة إلى أن هنالك علاقة قوية وطردية بين رفع أداء "الدبلوماسية الاقتصادية" وتنوع الإنتاج ودعم التصدير خارج المحروقات خاصة بالنسبة للجزائر. The study explained the role of "economic diplomacy" as a supporter of the Algerian strategy for non-hydrocarbon exporting, and presented a proposed plan for this through three main axes: (01) Defining "economic diplomacy", (02) the most important features of the proposed plan for economic diplomacy to support non-hydrocarbon export, (03) The most important mechanisms for strengthening the plan and evaluating its performance. The paper proved that there is a strong and direct relationship between the good performance of "economic diplomacy" and diversification of production and support non-hydrocarbon exporting, especially for Algeria.
