Résumé: The study aimed to identify the effect of the university training system on academic achievement and to achieve the research objectives and answer the hypotheses, the study included the theoretical side and the practical side, and the descriptive approach that is compatible with the nature of the study was followed on the intended sample, and the form was distributed to 32 university professors of various scientific ranks as it was done Collecting data by direct observation and participation and translating the data obtained from quantity to quality in the form of percentages and after analyzing and interpreting them, we reached the following results: The university's training system affects educational achievement. There is no difference in employment opportunities between graduates of the two systems. To integrate graduates into the labor market, it is necessary to link the labor market with the university. - To obtain the best results in the LMD system, all the necessary material and human capabilities must be provided for that.
