Résumé: تتخذ السلطات الإدارية من أجل حماية البيئة مجموعة من التدابير والإجراءات، وذلك لتنظيم الأنشطة التي يقوم بها الأشخاص الطبيعية والأشخاص الإعتبارية بغرض الوقاية من الأضرار التي تهدد النظام العام، لاسيما أن النظام العام ترتبط جميع عناصره ارتباطا وثيقا بالبيئة، بالإضافة إلى الوقاية من الآثار الخطيرة التي تترتب على الصحة العامة، ومنه فلابد من آليات قانونية إدارية لحماية البيئة. In order to protect the environment, the administrative authorities take a set of measures and procedures, in order to regulate the activities carried out by natural and legal persons for the purpose of preventing damages to the public order, especially that the public order is closely related to all of the environment, in addition to preventing the dangerous effects that arise On public health, and from it there must be administrative legal mechanisms to protect the environment.
