دور إستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال في تمكين العاملين دراسة حالة المديرية العملية لإتصالات الجزائر-ورقلة-
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال في تمكين العاملين لموظفي المديرية العملية لإتصالات الجزائر ورقلة، بالإضافة إلى دراسة العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة، تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة الموضوع، و منهج دراسة الحالة من خلال الإستبيان ومعالجته إحصائيا عن طريق برنامج spss نسخة 20. و قد تم إستخدام الإستبيان لإستطلاع عينة الدراسة، والتي تتكون من موظفي المديرية العملية لإتصالات الجزائر بورقلة، حيث تم توزيع 60 إستبانة و أسترجع منها (55)، حيث تم إلغاء (3) منها، وكان مجتمع الدراسة (52) إستبانة التي تم تحليلها. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى عال من مفهوم إستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال و أيضا توافر لمفهوم تمكين العاملين، وذلك راجع لإهتمام المؤسسة بالتكنولوجيات الحديثة، كما أن العلاقة الإرتباطية بين المتغير المستقل تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال و المتغير التابع تمكين العاملين علاقة طردية قوية، حيث تلعب المعلومات الدور الأهم على تمكين العاملين .The objective of this study was to determine the role of information and communication technology in empowering the staff of the practical directorate for the communication of Algeria and Ouargla. In addition to studying the relationship between the variables of the study, the analytical descriptive method was used for the study of the subject and the case study method through the questionnaire. The questionnaire was used to survey the sample of the study, which consists of the staff of the practical directorate of Algeria Telecom Borgala, where 60 questionnaires were distributed and 55 were retrieved, of which (3) were canceled, and the study population (52) was analyzed. The study concluded that there is a high level of the concept of the use of information and communication technology and also the availability of the concept of empowerment of workers, due to the interest of the institution in modern technologies. The correlation between the independent variable ICT and the dependent variable, Empowering employees.
