العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية وعلاقتها بالأنماط القيادية

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة ما بين العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية والأنماط القيادية ، ومعرفة ما اذا كانت هناك فروق بين الجنسين، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 112 مسؤول بميناء الجزائر العاصمة، تم الاعتماد على مقياس العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية لكوستا وماكري (1992)، ومقياس الشبكة الادارية لبلاك وموتون (1964)، كما تم معالجة البيانات وتحليلها بالاعتماد على البرنامج الاحصائي spss22، أسفرت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية الاكثر شيوعا هي يقظة الضمير تليها الانبساط، بينما كان النمط القيادي السائد عدم التدخل، و عدم وجود فروق بين الجنسين في العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية والأنماط القيادية، ووجود علاقة ما بين العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية والأنماط القيادية ماعدا سمة الانفتاح على الخبرة. The study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between the big five factors of personality and leadership styles, and to find out if there are differences between the sexes, The descriptive correlative method was used. The study sample consisted of 112 leadership frameworks, through the list of the five factors of personality of Costa and MaCcrea (1992), and the managerial grid of Black and Mouton (1964), and the data was processed and analyzed by statistical analysis program spss22. The results of this study that the five main personality factors The most common was conscientiousness, followed by extraversion, while the dominant leadership style was laissez-faire, and there were no gender differences in the five major personality factors and leadership styles. And there was a relationship between the big five factors of personality factors and leadership styles, except for the trait of openness to experience.
