جوانب من السياسة الاستعمارية الفرنسية بالجزائر في عهد الجنرال دو روفيقو(1831-1833م)

Résumé: تأتي الدراسة للبحث في السياسة الفرنسية خلال السنوات الأولى للاحتلال الفرنسي، و التي تخص القادة العامون قبل استحداث منصب الحاكم العام، سياسة تقوم على استخدام العنف العسكري و اغتصاب الأراضي وتشجيع الاستيطان، وهذا مايُلاحظ من سياسة جنرالات فرنسا منذ السنوات الأولى للاحتلال، بداية مع الجنرال دي بورمون وصولا إلى الجنرال دو روفيقو، هذا الأخير الذي ارتبط إسمه بمذبحة العوفية في تاريخ الجزائر، من خلال هذا المقال سنحاول إماطة اللثام عن جوانب من السياسة الاستعمارية للدوق دو روفيقو في الجزائر، هذه السياسة التي عكست كل مظاهر الوحشية و القمع و العنف العسكري، فضرب الرؤس و الإعدام و الإبادة كان عملا مشروعا في نظره للقضاء على المقاومة، هذا فضلا عن الانتهكات الفظيعة للمقدسات الدينية من تهديم و تخريب، و في الأخير كان عنف سياسته يؤدي إلى عنف المقاومة ضده طيلة السنتين التي قضاها كقائد عام في الجزائر. The study comes to examine French policy during the first years of the French occupation, which concerned general commanders before the creation of the position of governor-general, a policy based on the use of military violence, the usurpation of lands, and the encouragement of settlement, and this is what is observed from the policy of French generals since the first years of the occupation, beginning with From General de Bourmont all the way to General de Rovigo, the latter whose name was associated with the Aufia massacre in the history of Algeria. Through this article, we will try to uncover aspects of the colonial policy of the Duke de Rovigo in Algeria, this policy that reflected all manifestations of brutality, oppression and violence. Military, beheadings, executions and extermination were a legitimate act in his view to eliminate the resistance, in addition to the horrific violations of religious sanctities of demolition and vandalism, and in the end the violence of his policy led to the violence of the resistance against him throughout the 2 years he spent.
