درجة اهمية الاحتياجات التدريبية لدى معلمي ذوي الاعاقة السمعية حسب وجهة نظرهم -دراسة ميدانية في جميع مدارس ذوي الاعاقة السمعية في الجزائر-

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة اهمية الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي ذوي الإعاقة السمعية، لتحقيق هذه الأهداف قام الباحث بإعداد مقياس للاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي ذوي الاعاقة السمعية معتمدا على المنهج الوصفي باعتباره المنهج المناسب للدراسة ، وبعد التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس قام الباحث بتطبيقه على عينة الدراسة الممثلة من معلمي ذوي الاعاقة السمعية اشتملت على (240) معلم ا و معلمة ً بجميع المدارس الخاصة بالمعاقين سمعيا في الجزائر للعام الدراسي 2021/2022. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك احتياجات على اكبر درجة من الاهمية في المعارف والمهارات التدريسية والتقييم والتقويم، لمعلمي تتطلبها فئة الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة السمعية. كلمات مفتاحية: الاحتياجات التدريبية، معلمي ذوي الاعاقة السمعية، الاعاقة السمعية. Abstract: The study aimed to reveal the degree of importance of the training needs of teachers with hearing disabilities. To achieve these goals, the researcher prepared a scale for the training needs of teachers with hearing disabilities, relying on the descriptive approach as it is the appropriate approach for the study. After verifying the psychometric properties of the scale, the researcher applied it to the representative study sample. Of teachers with hearing disabilities, it included (240) male and female teachers in all schools for the hearing-impaired in Algeria for the academic year 2021/2022. The study found that there are the most important needs in knowledge, teaching skills, assessment and evaluation for teachers, which are required by the group of children with hearing disabilities..
