Résumé: لم يعد يخفى على الكثير من المسؤولين في المؤسسات الاقتصادية في الدول المتطورة بدرجة أولى، وفي الدول النامية بدرجة ثانية، أهمية وفائدة المسؤولية الاجتماعية، على المؤسسات، على الدولة وعلى الأفراد. ذلك أنها تنمي روح التعاون وتحفز الجانب الأخلاقي في المسؤولين الذين طالما شغلتهم مسألة زيادة الأرباح وتدنية التكاليف. ولقد أثبتت التجارب عبر السنوات أن المسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية ليست عائقا أمام الربح والنمو، بل بالعكس تماما، إنما تعتبر من أهم العوامل المساعدة على رضا الزبون وكسب ثقته، وبالتالي زيادة الحصة السوقية للمؤسسة. تساهم هذه الورقة البحثية في إبراز أهمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية، من خلال عرض لبعض التجارب المؤسسات الرائدة في دول أجنبية وعربية. It is clear to many officials in economic institutions in developed countries in the first degree, and in developing countries in the second degree, the importance and utility of social responsibility, for institutions, the state and individuals. This is because it develops the spirit of cooperation and stimulates the ethical side of the officials who have long been occupied by the issue of increasing profits and minimizing costs. and experiences over the years have proven that social responsibility in economic institutions is not an obstacle to profit and growth, but on the contrary, it is considered one of the most important factors that help customer satisfaction and gain His confidence, thus increasing the enterprise's market share. This research paper contributes to highlighting the importance of social responsibility, by presenting some of the experiences of leading institutions in foreign and Arab countries.
