الاتصال الرقمي وسمعة المؤسسة:الفرص والتهديدات

Résumé: نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى مناقشة موضوع السمعة الرقمية كرهان جديد تواجهه المؤسسات، استجابة منها للمتغيرات التكنولوجية الجديدة الحاصلة على مستوى الفضاء الرقمي، والتي دفعت بالمؤسسات إلى التسارع لاغتنام الفرص المتعلقة بموضوع السمعة الرقمية، وتجنب المخاطر والتهديدات الناجمة عن سوء إدارتها في محاولة بناء هيكلة جديدة لإدارة جيدة لها وقد توصلنا إلى نتائج أبرزها أن السمعة الرقمية الحسنة تعتبر ميزة تنافسية مستدامة للمؤسسة عكس السمعة السيئة التي من شأنها تدمير كيان المؤسسة والقضاء عليها مما يتوجب حسن إدارتها وتسييرها. Abstract Through this research paper, we seek to talk subject of the e-reputation, as a new bet faced by institutions as a response to the good technological changes taking place at the level of digital space, which prompted institutions to accelerate to seize opportunities related to e- reputation and avoid risks and threats resulting from its mismanagement in an attempt to build a new structure to reach a good management. We have achieved results, the most important of which is that a good digital reputation is a sustainable competitive advantage for the institution, unlike the bad reputation that would destroy the entity of the institution and eliminate it, which must be well managed and mismanaged
