التوطين التكنولوجي في عصر العولمة الاتصالية

Résumé: يعبر الواقع الثقافي في عصر العوالم الافتراضية عن حجم اكتساح الوسيط الالكتروني لمختلف الأنشطة الفكرية والظواهر المجتمعية البشرية، كالتعليم والاتصال والاقتصاد والثقافة والترفيه وبقية الممارسات الإنسانية التي وجدت في هذا العالم شبيها رقميا لها ونظيرا إلكترونيا تفاعليا. فإلى أي مدى حافظت العلوم الإنسانية على إشكالياتها العلمية ومباحثها الثقافية التقليدية؟ وماهي الآليات المناسبة لبناء الوعي الفكري والثقافي الناقد لإشكاليات التغيير التكنولوجي للممارسات والتفاعلات الاجتماعية الآلية؟ وهل يمكن لمنظوماتنا التعليمية أن تكون فاعلة في بناء نماذج فكرية وثقافية حقيقية تواكب الإتاحة التكنولوجية الراهنة ولا تتخلف عنها؟ الكلمات المفاتيح: المتغير التكنولوجي – العولمة الاتصالية – العلوم الإنسانية – إيديولوجيا التقنية – الخيار التكنولوجي. The cultural reality of the age of virtual worlds is the extent to which the electronic medium has swept various intellectual activities and human societal phenomena, such as education, communication, economics, culture, entertainment and other human practices that have found in this world a digital-like and hidden electronic counterpart. To what extent has the humanities preserved their traditional scientific forms and cultural research? What are the appropriate mechanisms for building critical intellectual and cultural awareness of the problems of technological change in automated social practices and interactions ? Can our university and school organizations be effective in building real intellectual and cultural models that keep pace with, and do not lag behind, the current technological availability?
