واقع العلاقة بين التضخم وعجز الموازنة العامة في الجزائر -دراسة تحليلية قياسية خلال الفترة(2000-2016)-

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد واقع العلاقة بين التضخم وعجز الموازنة العامة في الاقتصاد الجزائري خلال الفترة 2000-2016، والتي تحددت من خلال ما توصلت إليه نتائج الدراسة في جانبها التحليلي والقياسي إلى وجود علاقة طردية في المدى القصير ما بين متغيرات الدراسة، حيث أثبت اختبار سببية غرنجر (Granger) أن هذه العلاقة في اتجاه واحد من عجز الموازنة العامة إلى التضخم، وأن الاستجابة في معدلات التضخم تكون متأخرة بسنتين إلى ثلاثة سنوات عن تمويل العجز(أي ضخ كميات أكبر من النقود) حيث ان الزيادة في عجز الموازنة للفترة t-3 بـ: 1% تتسبب في زيادة التضخم للفترة الحالية بــ:0.24 %. ونخلص في الأخير على أن زيادة العجز يتسبب في ارتفاع معدلات التضخم في الجزائر خلال فترة الدراسة. This research aims to determine the reality of the relation between inflation and the deficit of state budget in the Algerian economy during the period 2000-2016. The results of the analysis study showed that there is a positive relationship in the short term between inflation and The budget deficit, this relationship is in one direction from the budget deficit to inflation. The study also showed that the response of inflation rates is late three years after the financing of the deficit (injecting big amounts of money). The increase in the budget deficit for the period t-3 by 1% causes the increase of inflation for the current period by: 0.24%. Finally, we conclude that the increase in the deficit causes high inflation rates in Algeria.
