Résumé: الملخص: إن علاقة حرية الرأي و التعبير بمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي هي علاقة تماس بل ترابط و إحتكاك بالعولمة، فحرية الرأي و التعبير و مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي تتجاوزان إطار الدولة و لكل منهما خصوصياته، فالأولى محكومة بفضاء إنساني و تصور قانوني، في حين أن الثانية محكومة بما هو تقني تكنولوجي، على إثر ذلك أخذت حرية الرأي والتعبير مفهوما جديد، حيث يعتقد الكثير من مستخدمي تلك المواقع أن الحرية مطلقة و لا تستطيع الدولة أن تقيدها. فحرية الرأي و التعبير و مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي تتجاوزان إطار الدولة و لكل منهما خصوصياته، فالأولى محكومة بفضاء إنساني و تصور قانوني، في حين أن الثانية محكومة بما هو تقني تكنولوجي، على إثر ذلك أخذت حرية الرأي والتعبير مفهوما جديد، حيث يعتقد الكثير من مستخدمي تلك المواقع أن الحرية مطلقة و لا تستطيع الدولة أن تقيدها وأنها منابر حرة لا تصل إليها يد القضاء Abstract The relationship of freedom of opinion and expression to social networking sites is a relationship of communication, but of interdependence and friction with globalization.
