Résumé: "يهدف هذا البحث الى بيان أن الوقف موردا اقتصاديا وحضاريا في تاريخ الأمة الإسلامية، ويٌنظر للوقف باعتباره ركيزة أساسية في تحريك عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية، ويحقق بدوره التكافل الاجتماعي، وكل هذا يتأتى بحبس أصول تكون غلتها أو ريعها للجهة الموقوفة عليها. وللنهوض بالاستثمار الوقفي، وجب تفعيله وذلك بسن مجموعة من الأسس الفعالة التي من شأنها تحقيق أكبر عوائد، وتجنب المخاطر، ولتفتح بابا عظيما من أبواب البر والإحسان وتحصيل الأجر والثواب، وهاته من أهم المقاصده التي يقوم عليها.وقد اشتمل البحث على مقدمة وفصلين وفي كل فصل مبحثين وفي كل مبحث عدة مطالب، إضافة إلى خاتمة تضمنت عدة نتائج وتوصيات . الكلمات المفتاحية: الوقف، الاستثمار الوقفي، أموال الوقف.
