تحقيق الكفاية التواصلية من خلال مهارة التحدث لدى متعلمي اللغة العربية الأجانب Achieving Communicative Competence Through The Speaking Skill Of Foreign Arabic Language Learners

Résumé: أضحت اللغة العربية إحدى اللغات العالمية التي يتهافت إلى تعلمها، الأمر الذي جعل العديد من المؤسسات التعليمية تدرج تعليمها كلغة هامة في مناهجها، تلبية لرغبة طالبيها من الناطقين بلغات أجنبية وذلك لعدة أغراض اقتصادية أو دبلوماسية أو سياسية أو سياحية أو ثقافية وما إلى ذلك، ويواجه متعلموها عدة صعوبات في اكتساب مهاراتها الأربع، وإذا علمنا أن الهدف الأسمى من تعلم اللغة الثانية هو التواصل بالأساس، فإن هذا البحث يركز على مـــهارتي التحدث والاستماع اللتان تساعدان متعلمي اللغة العربية على التواصل بشكل سليم. The Arabic language has become one of the global languages that is accelerated to learn, and this is what made many educational institutions include its education as an important language in their curricula, in response to the desire of learners who speak foreign languages for several economic, diplomatic, political, tourism, cultural and so on goals. Difficulties in acquiring her four skills, and if we know that the ultimate goal of learning the second language is communication in the first place, this research focuses on the speaking skill that helps Arabic language learners to communicate properly.
