دور التكوين المهني في تأهيل ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الميدانية إلى مناقشة وتحليل دور مراكز التكوين المهني في تأهيل ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ،وذلك من خلال التخصصات المقدمة على مستوى التكوين المهني وكيفية توفير البرامج التأهيلية لهذه الشريحة،وبعد الدراسة الميدانية والتحليلية توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: أن نسبة 52.50% من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة كانت منحصرة ضمن الفئة من 26 إلى 33 سنة، وأن توزيع ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة مثلت فيه نسبة الذكور أكثر من الإناث، ونجد أن هناك عدد ضئيل من المبحوثين من المستوى الجامعي، أضف إلى ذلك أن معظم المدروسين كانوا عازبين فأغلبهم يعاني من الإعاقة البصرية وتليها الإعاقة الحركية ،وأن سبب الإعاقة كان بفعل حوادث، كما التحق معظم المبحوثين إلى مراكز التكوين المهني بإرادتهم الشخصية، نظرا لتوفير البرامج وأخصائيو التأهيل، إضافة إلى تقديم هذه البرامج التأهيلية بطريقة نظرية وتطبيقية وهذا ما جعل ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة يشعرون بالسعادة وتحقيق الرضى والتفاؤل والأمل في غد أفضل بعد تخرجهم من مراكز التكوين المهني. Abstract: This field study aims to discuss and analyze the role of vocational training centers in the rehabilitation of people with special needs, through the specializations provided at the level of vocational training and how to provide rehabilitation programs for this segment. After the field study and analysis, we reached a number of results, the most important of which are: that 52.50% of people with special needs were confined to the category from 26 to 33 years old, and that the distribution of people with special needs represented more males than females, and we find that there are a small number of respondents from The university level, in addition to that, most of the students were single, and most of them suffered from visual impairment, followed by mobility impairment, and the reason for the disability was due to accidents, and most of the respondents joined vocational training centers of their own will, due to the provision of programs and rehabilitation specialists, in addition to providing these rehabilitation programs In a theoretical and practical manner at the same time and according to the type of disability. This is what made people with special needs feel happy, satisfied, optimistic and hopeful for a better tomorrow after graduating from vocational training centers.
