مساهمة الجامعة في دعم ونمو المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر

Résumé: الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو إبراز دور الجامعات في تعزيز ونمو المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر،حيث يعتبر دعم المؤسسات الناشئة أحد المحركات الرئيسية للتنمية الاقتصادية وتعزيز الابتكار وخلق فرص العمل. يتناول المقال عدة جوانب من خلال استعراض السياسات والمبادرات الجامعية التي تدعم ريادة الأعمال، والدعم المالي والفني، والتوجيه والمشورة، وثقافة ريادة الأعمال. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الجامعات تلعب دورا هاما في دعم المؤسسات الناشئة من خلال توفير المعرفة والمهارات الضرورية والدعم المالي والفني. و من أهم التوصيات: تعزيز البنية التحتية واعتماد التقنيات الحديثة في الجامعات لدعم الابتكار والريادة، و تطوير برامج تعليمية مخصصة لريادة الأعمال وتوفير المزيد من التمويل والدعم الفني للشركات الناشئة وتعزيز التعاون بين القطاعين العام والخاص. الكلمات المفتاحية: المؤسسات الناشئة ، الجامعة ، حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية ، الجزائر. تصنيف JEL: I23،M13 Abstract: The aim of this study is to highlight the role of universities in promoting and growing start-ups in Algeria. Supporting startups is a key driver of economic development and promoting innovation and job creation. The article addresses several aspects through a review of university policies and initiatives that support entrepreneurship, financial and technical support, guidance and advice, and entrepreneurship culture. The descriptive curriculum was used, and the study found that universities play an important role in supporting start-ups by providing the necessary knowledge, skills and financial and technical support. One of the most important recommendations is to strengthen infrastructure and adopt modern technologies in universities to support innovation and leadership, develop tailored education programs for entrepreneurship, provide more funding and technical support to startups and promote cooperation between the public and private sectors.
