نحو نظام بيئي كفؤ لريادة الأعمال من أجل تطوير المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر

Résumé: بذل الباحثون والمنظرون جهدًا كبيـرا في تحديد وفحص النظم البيئية لريادة الأعمال وكيفية تطوير بيئة الأعمال في مناطق ودول معينة، حيث يُعتقد أن النظم البيئية لريادة الأعمال المواتية والمناسبة هي الدافع وراء تطوير الأعمال والابتكار وتنمية المؤسسات الناشئة. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على النظام البيئي للمؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر، ومختلف الآليات الداعمة والمرافقة لهذا النوع من المؤسسات، وكيفية مساهمة هذه الأنظمة في تطوير وتنمية المؤسسات الناشئة وتذليل الصعوبات والتحديات التي تواجه هذا النوع من المؤسسات. وقد تم عرض بعض الاحصائيات حول واقع المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر والأنظمة البيئية المحيطة بها، لتخلص الدراسة إلى أن النظام البيئي لريادة الأعمال في الجزائر لا يزال فتياً يحتاج إلى المزيد من العناية والاهتمام وهذا ما يفسر الجهود التي تبذلها الدولة لبعث الحيوية والفعالية أكثـر في النظام البيئي لريادة الأعمال وجعلة دعامة لتطور ونمو المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر ووسيلة لجذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية في هذا المجال. Researchers and theorists have exerted great effort in identifying and examining entrepreneurship ecosystems and how to develop the business environment in certain regions and countries, as it is believed that favorable and appropriate entrepreneurship ecosystems are the driving force behind business development, innovation and the development of start-ups. This study aims to shed light on the ecosystem of start-ups in Algeria, the various supporting and accompanying mechanisms for this type of enterprise and how these systems contribute to the development of start-ups and overcoming the difficulties and challenges facing this type of enterprise. I presented a set of statistics about the reality of start-up companies in Algeria and the surrounding ecosystems, to conclude that the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Algeria is still young and needs more care and attention, and this explains the efforts made by the state to create more vitality and effectiveness in the ecosystem for entrepreneurship. And make it a pillar for the development and growth of startups in Algeria and a means to attract foreign investments in this field.
