Résumé: الملخص: تعتبر تعاونيات الصيد البحري وتربية المائيات آلية من أجل مرافقة طموحات مهني قطاع الصيد البحري وتربية المائيات، والمتعاملين الاقتصاديين، وتنظيم مجتمع الصيادين، ومربي الأحياء المائية، وتحسين ظروفهم الاجتماعية، للمساهمة في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي، الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تحليل النصوص القانونية التي تنظم تعاونيات الصيد البحري وتربية المائيات من أجل توضيح كيفية إنشائها، لاسيما المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 22-405 المتعلق بتعاونيات الصيد البحري وتربية المائيات الذي أدرج فيه المشرع الجزائري أحكاما لتنظيم، هذه التعاونيات، تشبه إلى حد بعيد أحكام الشركات التجارية . Abstract: Fisheries and aquaculture cooperatives are a mechanism to accompany the aspirations of fisheries and aquaculture professionals and economic operators, organize the community of fishermen and aqua culturists and improve their social conditions to contribute to achieving food security,The aim of this study is to analyze the legal texts that regulate fishing and aquaculture cooperatives in order to clarify how they are established, especially Executive Decree No. 22-405 on fishing and aquaculture cooperatives, in which the Algerian legislator included provisions to regulate these cooperatives that are very similar to those of commercial companies
