دور الوقف في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية
Résumé: ملخص البحث: تتناول هذه الدراسة إسهام الوقف الإسلامي في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، في ظل كثرة أعباء الدولة الحديثة وعجز الموازنة عن تغطية كل النفقات العامة، حيث إن الوقف يسهم في تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية من خلال تقليص الفوارق الاجتماعية وإعادة توزيع الثروة ومعالجة بعض المشكلات الاجتماعية مثل البطالة والأمية والفقر، وفي المجال الاقتصادي نجد أن الوقف الإسلامي يسهم في زيادة التراكم الرأسمالي ودفع وتيرة التنمية من خلال صيغ متعددة لاستثمار أموال الوقف. Abstract: This study examines the contribution of the Islamic endowment (Waqf) in achieving economic and social development. It is of great importance to the modern state to handle its large number of financial burdens and the budget deficit to cover all public expenditures. We find that the endowment contributes to the achievement of social justice by reducing social inequalities, redistributing wealth and dealing with some social problems such as unemployment, poverty and illiteracy. In the economic field, we find that the Islamic endowment plays in important role in increasing the capital accumulation and in boosting the pace of development through multiple ways, which invest the funds of the endowment.
