الحق في جودة الحياة بعد انتهاج الجزائر النظام الاقتصادي الجديد

Résumé: ملخص حاولنا من خلال بحثنا الوقوف على تطور النظام الاقتصادي الجديـــد وما جاء به من إصلاحات اقتصادية، أثرت على الأفراد والدول، وكيف تعاملت المنظمات الدولية لضمان حقوق الإنسان، خصوصا حقه في الحياة الكريمة وذهبنا بالتحليل في النصوص القانونية التي جاء بها المشرع خصوصا التي تدعو الى حرية المنافسة، ومن خلالها حرية الأسعار، وما جاء به المشرع الجزائري كاستثناء لهذا المبدأ، من خلال جملة من النصوص التنظيمية التي تحدد الأسعار حماية للقدرة الشرائية والحق في الحياة الكريمة. Abstract: In our research, we tried to understand the evolution of the new economic system and the economic reforms that affected individuals and countries and how international organizations dealt with human rights, especially their right to a decent life, and analyzed the legal texts, The freedom of competition, and the freedom of prices, and the Algerian legislator as an exception to this principle, through a series of regulatory texts that set prices protection of purchasing power and the right to a decent life.
