العمل النقابي ودوره في النهوض بالطبقة العمالية

Résumé: النظام الجديد بعد دستور 1989، جاء بمبدأ التعددية النقابية، فوجود نقابات والاعتراف بحق التمثيل النقابي مظهر من مظاهر الديمقراطية، وهو حق معترف به لجميع العمال، فموضوع الحق النقابي شكل محور اهتمام المنظمات والسلطات التشريعية والتنظيمية ومنها الجزائر، وتكريس مبدأ الحرية النقابية ومبدأ الحق النقابي، لأن النقابات المهنية لا يقتصر دورها فالحفاظ على مصالح العمال فقط، بل تتسع لتشمل المشاركة الفاعلة لخطط التنمية على الصعيد الاقتصادي و الاجتماعي والسياسي للمجتمع والدولة، والآن ازداد الوعي النقابي مع ازدياد الأزمات على مستوى هته الأصعدة. The new system, after the 1989 Constitution, was founded on the principle of trade unionism. The existence of trade unions and the recognition of the right of trade union representation is a manifestation of democracy. It is a recognized right for all workers. The subject of trade union rights has been the focus of attention of organizations and legislative and regulatory authorities, Because trade unions are not limited to the role of preserving the interests of workers only, but extends to include the active participation of economic, social and political development plans of society and the state, and now increased trade union awareness with the increase of crises at the level of this level.
