سمات القيادة التحويلية وعلاقتها بالتوافق المهني لدى موظفي بلدية امجدل ولاية المسيلة

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة علاقة سمات القيادة التحويلية بالتوافق المهني لدى موظفي بلدية امجدل ولاية المسيلة, طبقت هذه الدراسة على عينة تتكون من (250) موظف, وتم اختيارهم بطريقة المسح الشامل لكون مجتمع الدراسة مساويا لعينة الدراسة، من خـــــلال تطبيـــــق مقياسين يتكون كل واحد منهما من (15) عبارة (بعد التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما ) ، وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي في تحليل البيانات للإجابة عن التساؤلات التالية : - هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين سمات القيادة التحويلية والتوافق المهني لدى موظفي بلدية امجدل ولاية المسيلة ؟ و يندرج تحت هذا التساؤل العام التساؤلات الفرعية التالية: - ما مدى توفر سمات القيادة التحويلية في رئيس البلدية من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة ؟ - ما مستوى الشعور بالتوافق المهني لدى عينة الدراسة ؟ - هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين(التأثير المثالي, الحفز الإلهامي, الاهتمام الفردي ) والتوافق المهني لدى عينة الدراسة ؟ كلمات مفتاحية: القيادة التحويلية, التوافق المهني, التأثير الكاريزمي, الحافز الإلهامي, الاهتمام الفردي . Abstract: The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the dimensions of transformational leadership and the professional compatibility of the employees of the Municipality of Medjedel, This study was applied to a sample consisting of (250) employees, From (15) words (after verifying their sincerity and consistency), the descriptive approach was adopted in analyzing the data to answer the following questions: -Is there a correlation between the dimensions of transformational leadership and professional compatibility among the employees of the municipality of Medjedel M'Sila? The following sub-questions fall under this general question: -What are the dimensions of transformational leadership in the mayor the study sample? -What is the level of professional harmony among the study sample? - Is there a correlation between (the ideal effect , motivational motivation , individual interest) and professional compatibility in the study sample?
