Résumé: This thesis has dealt with the contract of sale over the Internet through the study of Islamic jurisprudence provisions. The research concluded that the contract via the Internet is permissible because the Internet is just an intermediary between buyer and seller. As a result, the provisions of the sale by writing apply to the contract of sale over the Internet. The study also demonstrated that it is permissible coupling sales contract online with a contract of carriage, and is permissible to sell computer applications, whether the sale of the whole application or just sell the license to use, as well as the study and concluded that it is permissible to sell works protected by digital rights management system. On the other hand, the study found that Credit cards and Charge cards is not a legal tool to pay the price over the Internet, either Debit cards, is a legal payment tool over the Internet.
