المؤسسات الناشئة في مواجهة تحديات نظام الدعم البيئي بالجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع نظام الدعم البيئي في الجزائر وأهم التحديات التي يفرضها في إطلاق وترقية المؤسسات الناشئة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن النظام البيئي الخاص بالمؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر لا يزال غير مشجع على توفير الدعم الكافي والمرافقة اللازمة لإنجاح المؤسسات الناشئة. ومنه ضرورة تحسين مناخ الأعمال في الجزائر وتوفير الدعم التكنولوجي وتعزيز المبادرات الابتكارية في العمل المؤسساتي، من أجل خلق مؤسسات ناشئة ابتكارية والاستفادة من مساهماتها في النهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني. Abstract: We aim through this study to shed light on the reality of the environmental support system in Algeria and the most important challenges it poses in launching and promoting startups. The study found that the ecosystem of startups in Algeria is still not encouraging to provide adequate support and accompaniment for the success of startups. Including the need to improve the business climate in Algeria, provide technological support and promote innovative initiatives in institutional work, in order to create innovative startups, and benefit from their contributions to the advancement of the national economy.
