Résumé: The term intellectual property is developing today, but his understanding is limited. It is a term of obscure law for many people that see it away from everyday life and concerns. The Algeria, like other countries, was concerned about the rights of intellectual property and had set of laws for its protection. And it was associated with global conventions in this field. During the development of the legislation copyrights n = 73-14 in April 3, 1973, Algeria joined the global agreement copyright n = 73-26, and in January 9, 1975 to the World intellectual Property Organization in 1967. Algeria as one of the developing countries, is influenced by the evolution of communication technologies and information and especially by putting the issue of the intellectual property rights by protecting it whithin networks and websites. So, since this section and previous ideas a main question arises: What is the reality, rights of intellectual property and its protection in Algeria in modern technology? And to surround the theme and lead to specific sides we ask the following questions: 1 - What is intellectual property? 2 - What are the forms of intellectual property under the law in Algeria? 3-Does the Algerian legislature has a basis of law to protect the rights of the intellectual property through the internet network? 4-Is there a future solutions and measures for the protection of intellectual property rights through the Internet in Algeria?
