فعالية العلاج المعرفي السلوكي في التخفيف من الرفض الوالدى لإعاقة الطفل الذهنية

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى اختبار فعالية برنامج علاجي معرفي سلوكي للتخفيف من مشكلة الرفض الوالدي لإعاقة الطفل الذهنية ومساعدة الوالدين على تعلم اتجاهات ايجابية من خلال تغيير نظرتهما السلبية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على المنهج شبه التجريبي وذلك بالاعتماد على الأدوات التالية: المقابلة، الملاحظة مقياس الاستجابات الوالدية لإعاقة الطفل الذهنية المقتبس من دراسة الكاشف (2001 )، تم إجراء الدراسة على 4 آباء وأمهات لأطفال متأخرين ذهنيا متواجدين بالمركز الطبي البداغوجي – ايسطو – وكذا الجمعية الوطنية للإدماج المدرسي والمهني للأطفال المصابين بمتلازمة داون بوهران، حيث أسفرت الدراسة على أن للعلاج المعرفي السلوكي فعالية في التخفيف من الرفض الوالدي لإعاقة الطفل الذهنية. The current study aims to examine the problem of rejection of a child's mental disability by his parents and test the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy in reducing this rejection. To achieve this objective we used the experimental approach while being based on the interview, the observation, and the scale of parental rejection of the mental handicap of the child adapted from the study of Iman Alkachef 2001. the study was carried out on 4 cases (three mothers and a father) aged between 30 and 60 years of 5 disabled children (from 4 to 12 years old) at the level of the Medico-Pedagogical Center for Mentally Retarded Children - USTO - as well as the 'National Association for the School and Professional Integration of Down's Syndrome (ANIT) in Oran, on which the therapeutic program based on cognitive-behavioral therapy was applied. It was concluded that: Cognitive behavioral therapy is effective in reducing the rejection of the child's mental handicap by his parents.
