التسول في ظل جائحة كورونا وانحراف الأحداث

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث الى دراسة ظاهرة التسول في المجتمع الجزائري، وبالخصوص تسول الأحداث في ظل جائحة كورونا، والتوصل الى أهم أسباب انحراف الأحداث من خلال هذه الدراسة. بحيث تم الوقوف على أنواع السلوكيات المنحرفة، التي يقع فيها الطفل، والتوصل الى أهم الأسباب التي تساعد على انحرافهم. وللوصول الى مصداقية في النتائج، اعتمدنا على منهج دراسة الحالة، ومنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تحليل وعرض مجموعة من الحالات الخاصة بالأطفال المتسولين، والوصول الى بعض النتائج و الاقتراحات. This research aims to study the phenomenon of beggary in Algerian society, especially juvenile beggary in light of the Corona pandemic, and to reach the most important causes of juvenile delinquency through this study, and the types of deviant behaviors in which the child falls and to reach the most important reasons that help to deviate them. In order to reach the credibility of the results, we relied on the case study method and the analytical descriptive method in analyzing and presenting a set of cases of beggars and arriving at some results and suggestions.
