The Role Of Administrative Leadership On Implementing Tqm In Health Institutions In Algeria
Résumé: This study aimed to investigate the nature of the role of the administrative leadership in the support and level of application of total quality management in the Algerian medical institutions. The study population consisted of all staff in the hospital of Mostaganem-Kharouba-, however, the study sample contained 52 items. The study depended on the descriptive and analytical method, the data of the study were collected through a questionnaire created and developed to measure the objectives of the study and examine its hypotheses. The data were analyzed by (spss) program, the statistical and descriptive methods and the statistical inferential method. The study reached to a group of findings, most importantly is a strong positive correlation between the role of the leadership in the application of total quality management in the hospital of Mostaganem-Kharouba- and the application 's level of TQM possibility in it. the study provided several recommendations based on those findings.
