الدولة بالبلاد المغاربية بين المنظورين الغربي والإسلامي: قراءة تاريخية

Résumé: إن أولى الدول في التاريخ القديم كانت على شكل الدولة-المدينة، ثم ظهرت الممالك والإمبراطوريات، وكانت دول المدن الإغريقية مرجعية للدولة الحديثة الغربية بديلا عن الدولة القروسطية-التيوقراطية، ومع ظهور الإسلام ظهرت نماذج جديدة لمفهوم الدولة ونظام الحكم، حيث جسدتها المجتمعات المغاربية منذ انفصالها عن مركزية سلطة الخلافة بالمشرق. يهدف هذا الموضوع إلى تقديم قراءة تاريخية جينيالوجية للدولة ومقوماتها ككيان وتنظيم اجتماعي وتطورها بالغرب المسيحي مع تقديم تجارب أنظمة الحكم عند المجتمعات المغاربية وتباينها عبر مراحل تاريخية إلى غاية الفترة الكولونيالية . The first states in ancient history were in the form of the city-state, and the Greek city-states were a reference for the modern Western state instead of the medieval-theocratic state, and with the emergence of Islam new models for the concept of the state and the system of government appeared, as the Maghreb societies have embodied it since their separation from the centralization of the authority of the Caliphate in the Levant. This subject aims to provide a historical and generative reading of the state and its components as an entity and social organization and its development in the Christian West, while presenting the experiences of the ruling systems of Maghreb societies and their variation through historical stages until the colonial period.
