Résumé: شهد العالم بعد انتشار فيروس كورونا ممارسات سياسية أثرت سلبا على حقوق الأفراد ومشاركتهم في الحياة السياسية كنتيجة حتمية لحالات الطوارئ التي أعلنتها معظم الدول ومن بينها دول المنطقة المغاربية، والتي عرفت تقييدا واسعا لحريات الأفراد باسم محاربة الفيروس. إن الدول المغاربية بصفتها جزءا من المنطقة العربية قد شهدت تحولات سياسية مهمة بعد موجة الربيع العربي التي عصفت بها، والتي رسمت معالم جديدة للحياة السياسية ارتبطت بخصوصيات المنطقة تاريخيا وسياسيا واقتصاديا واجتماعيا وحتى ثقافيا، بحيث نجحت بعض أنظمتها من بناء بعض معالم الممارسة الديمقراطية مقابل أنظمة أخرى دخلت في دوامة الصراعات السياسية والقبلية للتحول إلى دول فاشلة على كل المستويات، وتزامنا مع هذه الإرهاصات ظهر فيروس كورونا الذي خلط أوراق الحكومات المغاربية سياسا واقتصاديا وكشف عن أزمة بناء الدولة في هذه المنطقة، بحيث كرس ممارسات تسلطية أعادت تشكيل أزمة الثقة بين الحاكم والمحكوم، وعمقت أزمة الشرعية ونسفت بالتجارب الديمقراطية التي عرفتها المنطقة خاصة تونس. : After the spread of the Corona virus, the world witnessed political practices that negatively affected the rights of individuals and their participation in political life as an inevitable result of the states of emergency declared by most countries, including the countries of the Maghreb region, which wereknown to restrict individuals' freedoms in the name of fighting the virus.The Maghreb countries, as part of the Arab region, have witnessed important political transformations after the wave of the Arab Spring that swept them, which drew new parameters for political life that were linked to the peculiarities of the region historically, politically, economically, sociallyand even culturally, so that some of their regimes succeeded in building some features of democratic practice against other regimes It entered the vortex of political and tribal conflicts to turn into failed states at all levels, and coinciding with these foreshadowings, the Corona virus appeared,which mixed the cards of the Maghreb governments politically and economically and revealed the crisis of state-building in this region, as it established authoritarian practices that reshaped the crisis of confidence between the ruler and the ruled, and deepened The legitimacy crisis was undermined by thedemocratic experiences in the region, especially Tunisia.
