التمكين السياسي للمرأة العربية كآلية لتكريس الإصلاحات السياسية و مكافحة الفساد الإداري

Résumé: الملخص : أضحت مشاركة المرأة في عملية صنع القرار قضية ملحة ، وحظيت باهتمام كبير على الصعيدين الدولي و الوطني ، و يرجع هذا الاهتمام المتزايد ، إلى تنامي الوعي السياسي و انتشار ثقافة المواطنة و الحقوق و الحريات العامة ، وكنوع من الإصلاحات السياسية العميقة سعت مختلف الدول على تعزيز تواجد المرأة في مواقع صنع القرار السياسي وذلك من خلال تمكينها من المشاركة السياسية ومن بين الخطوات التي اتخذتها هذه الدول لدعم المكانة السياسية للمرأة هو تخصيص مقاعد لها في البرلمانات من خلال ما يعرف بنظام الكوتا أو التمييز الإيجابي، و باعتبار ظاهرة الفساد الإداري إحدى الآفات المستعصية التي تهدد المجتمعات سواء كانت متقدمة أو متخلفة و التي تأثر سلبا على برامج التنمية المسطرة من قبل الحكومة فلابد من إبراز الدور الهام للمرأة المتواجدة في مراكز اتخاذ القرار في التصدي له . Among the steps taken by these countries to support the political status of women is The allocation of seats in parliaments through the so-called quota system or affirmative action, , And considering the phenomenon of administrative corruption as one of the intractable pests that threaten the societies, whether advanced or backward, which negatively affected the development programs established by the government, it is necessary to highlight the important role of women in decision-making centers to address it.
