Stratégies De Digitalisation Des Entreprises Étude De Cas « L’entreprise Condor »

Résumé: Digitalization has become an essential process in the modern world, offering several benefits such as improving access to services, reducing operational costs, making faster decisions through real-time data analysis, and enhancing customer experience. It also has a significant impact across various fields such as commerce, healthcare, education, financial services, and even governments. Digitalization has seen widespread adoption in the business world due to the facilitation it provides for production development and improving relationships with customers . Additionally, it has fostered competition among companies in the market to maintain their top position. Consequently, companies must adapt to technological changes to remain competitive and meet the evolving needs of their customers. Digitalization methods in businesses include creating websites and mobile applications, adopting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, utilizing artificial intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), and cloud computing. In our work, we chose to develop an application for Condor company, focusing on comprehensiveness, optimal presentation of their products, and facilitating navigation and purchasing for customers. We employed various programming languages such as Java, XML, SQL, PHP, as well as software like Android Studio, Wamp Server, and Visual Studio Code. For design, we opted for Adobe XD. To gauge Algerian society's opinion on digitalization, we conducted a small survey among domain experts and agents by asking targeted questions to each. We found that digitalization has been well-received lately and is expanding in Algeria across almost all sectors. In conclusion, digitalization plays a crucial role worldwide and across all fields, and its importance cannot be understated.
