الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري لتطوير المعرفة التنظيمية: دراسة ميدانية ببعض المؤسسات الاقتصادية بولاية سطيف Investing In Human Capital To Develop Organizational Knowledge: Field Study Of Some Economic Institutions In Setif State

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهمية الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري لتطوير المعرفة التنظيمية،من خلال إجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من 13 مؤسسة بولاية سطيف (الجزائر)، وذلك للإجابة على السؤال التالي: ما مدى اعتماد المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية على الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري لتطوير المعرفة التنظيمية؟وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي مع الاستعانة بمجموعة الأدوات الإحصائية المتوفرة بنظام spss (إصدار 25)، لغرض عرض وتحليل البيانات، ولمناقشة النتائج واختبار الفرضيات، أظهرت النتائج أن الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري يساهم بشكل إيجابي في تطوير المعرفة التنظيمية من خلال التأثير الإيجابي على مكوناتها المتمثلة في: اكتشاف المعرفة، امتلاك المعرفة، مشاركة المعرفة، على تطبيق المعرفة . The study aims to learn about the importance of investing in human capital to develop organizational knowledge, through a field study on a sample of 13 institutions in the State of Setif (Algeria), to answer the following question: How dependant are Algerian economic institutions on investing in human capital to develop regulatory knowledge? The descriptive and analytical approach has been drawn upon, with the use of the SPSS statistical kit (Release 25), for the purpose of data presentation and analysis, and to discuss the results and test hypotheses. The results showed that investing in human capital contributes positively to the development of organizational knowledge through the positive impact on its components: Knowledge discovery, knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing, knowledge application.
