التكوين بمعاهد و أقسام التربية البدنية في ظل متطلبات الاقتصاد المعرفي دراسة وصفية بطريقة المسح تجرى على معاهد و أقسام التربية البدنية و الرياضة

Résumé: إن بحثنا هذا هو محاولة لإيجاد متطلبات الاقتصاد المعرفي في التكوين المتبع بمعاهد التربية البدنية و الرياضة في الجزائر،و لهذا الغرض قمنا ببناء استبيان يحاول أن يشخص و يحدد متطلبات الاقتصاد المعرفي في التكوين و الأدوار الإدارية التي من الواجب أن تقوم بها إدارة كل معهد و قسم في ظل هذه المتطلبات، كما نهدف كذلك من خلال هذه الدراسة معرفة ما إن كان هناك اختلاف بين المعاهد و الأقسام في التكوين و كذلك من هو أفضل المعهد أو القسم في التكوين في ظل متطلبات الاقتصاد المعرفي، و هذا كله من خلال وجهة نظر الأساتذة الإداريين اللذين يمارسون مهام إدارية في المعاهد و الأقسام المعنية بالدراسة. فجاءت النتائج تبين انه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التكوين بين معاهد و أقسام التربية البدنية و الرياضة في ظل متطلبات الاقتصاد المعرفي، كما استنتجنا انه لا فرق بين معهد و قسم من حيث طبيعة التكوين في ظل متطلبات الاقتصاد المعرفي، إضافة إلى نتيجة توضح أن ملائمة التكوين في هذه المعاهد و الأقسام مع بعض متطلبات الاقتصاد، قابله عكس ذلك في معاهد و أقسام أخرى، و ملائمة التكوين في هذه الأخيرة كان غير متلائم في المعاهد و الأقسام الأولى. لذلك يمكن القول أن الفرضية العامة قد تحققت، أما الفرضيات الفرعية و الجزئية لم تتحقق و هذا من وجهة نظر الأساتذة الإداريين. This research attempts to find the requirements of the economic knowledge in the training that is implicated in the Algerian institutes and departments of physical education and sport. In order to achieve this aim, we develop a questionnaire to determine and define these requirements as well as the administrative roles that are required by each institution and department. In addition, this research aims at finding whether there are differences between the institutions and departments in the process of training in order to define the best one, depending on the requirements of the economic knowledge, through the point of views of the teachers and administrators who handle administrative tasks. The results reveal that there are statistic differences between the institutions and departments, which are the subject of our study. We concluded that there is no difference between an institution and a department in the nature of training, based on the requirement of the economic knowledge. In addition, we find out that the appropriateness of the training in some institutions and departments, with some requirement of the economic knowledge, is not appropriate in other institutions and departments, and vice versa. Based on these findings, we assume that the general hypothesis is proved, while the two sub-hypotheses are not, based on the point of views of the teachers and administrators.
