دور المناخ الاستثماري في جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في سنغافورة
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الموسومة بعنوان" دور المناخ الاستثماري في جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في سنغافورة" إلى استكشاف واقع الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في سنغافورة وكذلك إبراز مكانة هذه الأخيرة في المؤشرات الدولية لتقييم مناخ الاستثمار . ولمعالجة الإشكالية المطروحة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي لتحليل أوضاع الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في سنغافورة ، ولتحليل أبعاد المشكلة البحثية بهدف استكشاف مساهمة مناخ الاستثمار في جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في سنغافورة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المناخ الملائم للاستثمار في سنغافورة انعكس إيجابا على حصيلة التدفقات الاستثمارية في ذلك البلد، حيث تحتل سنغافورة مراكز جد متقدمة على المستوى العالمي في مجال استقطاب الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة، ويتضح ذلك جليا من خلال احتلال سنغافورة لمراتب متقدمة في مؤشرات مناخ الاستثمار. This study entitled "the role of the investment climate in attracting foreign direct investment in Singapore" aims to Explore the reality of foreign direct investment in Singapore, and to bring light The position of Singapore in international indicators for assessing the investment climate. In order to address the problem of study, the descriptive approach and analytical approach have been used to analyze the reality of foreign direct investment in Singapore, and to analyze the dimensions of the research problem with a view to exploring the contribution of investment climate in attracting FDI in this country. The study concluded that the appropriate climate for investment in Singapore had been positively reflected in foreign direct investment flows in this country.
