أثر البراعة التنظيمية على ابتكار المنتجات الخضراء: دراسة ميدانية على عينة من المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الصناعية الجزائرية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة أثر البراعة التنظيمية (الاستكشاف والاستغلال) على ابتكار المنتجات الخضراء في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الصناعية الجزائرية، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وتم جمع البيانات من خلال استبيان موجه الى ملاك 41 مؤسسة صغيرة ومتوسطة صناعية جزائرية. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للبراعة التنظيمية على ابتكار المنتجات الخضراء، حيث أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للاستغلال على ابتكار المنتجات الخضراء في المؤسسات محل الدراسة، الأمر الذي يشير إلى أن الاستفادة الفعالة من الموارد المتاحة يسهم في تطوير المنتجات الخضراء في هذه المؤسسات، في المقابل لم تكشف الدراسة عن وجود أثر معنوي للاستكشاف على ابتكار المنتجات الخضراء في المؤسسات المدروسة، وهو ما يشير الى أن البحث عن أفكار وفرص جديدة لم يكن له أثر على تطوير المنتجات الخضراء. في الأخير قدمت الدراسة بعض المقترحات التي من شأنها تعزيز البراعة التنظيمية وابتكار المنتجات الخضراء على مستوى المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الصناعية الجزائرية. Abstract: This study aims to determine the impact of organizational ambidexterity (exploration and exploitation) on green product innovation in Algerian industrial small and medium enterprises. The study relied on a descriptive approach, and data was collected through a questionnaire directed to the owners of 41 Algerian industrial small and medium enterprises. The study found a statistically significant effect of organizational ambidexterity on green product innovation, as the results showed a statistically significant effect of exploitation on green product innovation in the institutions under study, which indicates that effective use of available resources contributes to the development of green products in this field. Institutions. On the other hand, the study did not reveal a significant effect of exploration on green product innovation in the studied institutions, which indicates that the search for new ideas and opportunities had no impact on the development of green products. Finally, the study presented some proposals that would enhance organizational prowess and green product innovation at the level of Algerian industrial small and medium enterprises.
