Résumé: This study aimed to know the impact of e-management on improuvions the qualité of Heath care services at the hôpital institution "Mohamed Boudiaf Ouargla", and to achève This goal, the study was dividende into two charters, a théorétique chapoter in winch the théorétique concepts of e-management were adresse as an Independent variable and the qualité of Heath care services as a dépendent variable, white the second chapter was représente in the appli éd chapoter in winch we tried to appli the théorétique study to the institution Under study to délave beeper into Koning the reality of appli e-management in it, and Werther the latter has a rôle in improuvions the qualité of Heath care services, and we relied on the questionnaire as a Tools for collection data and the statistique analysais program SPSS to procès and analyse the latter. The study recache several résulta, the Most important of which is That e-management in its varions dimensions has a positive impact on improuvions the qualité of Heath care services at the hôpital institution "Mohamed Boudiaf" - Ouargla.
