واقع المسؤولية الاجتماعية في البنوك دراسة حالة البنك الأهلي السعودي

Résumé: الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف عن مدى تبني البنوك لمفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية ممثلا في البنك الأهلي السعودي، والتعرف على تأثيرات المسؤولية الاجتماعية لهذا البنك على مجتمعه، حيث تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والذي يعتمد على تحليل الأرقام والبيانات من خلال تقارير المسؤولية الاجتماعية للبنك. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن البنك يساهم في تنمية مجتمعه المحلي من خلال تعزيز دوره الاجتماعي بالتزامه بكل ما من شأنه توطيد علاقته بعملائه ، وكذا التزامه الكامل بعلاقته بالمجتمع و مساهميه لتوطيد هاته العلاقة وتحسينها باستمرار . الكلمات المفتاحية: المسؤولية الاجتماعية، البنك الأهلي السعودي :Abstract This study aimed to identify the extent of adoption the concept of social responsibility in banks represented by the Saudi National Bank, and to verify the effects of social responsibility of this bank on its society. The analytical descriptive approach was followed based on the analysis of numbers and data contained in the reports of social responsibility of the bank. The study concluded that the bank contributes to the development of its local community by enhancing its social role through its commitment to all what would strengthen its relationship with its customers, as well as its full commitment to its relationship with society and its shareholders to work on the consolidation and improvement of this relationship.
