Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة دور حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية في مرافقة أصحاب المشاريع الناشئة دراسة حالة حاضنة الأعمال لجامعة مستغانم من خلال التطرق إلى مفهوم المؤسسات الناشئة ومفهوم حاضنات الأعمال الجامعة ودورها في دعم أصحاب المشاريع الرائدة من الطلبة الجامعيين ،وتوصل البحث إلى أهمية هذه الحاضنات في مساندة أصحاب الأفكار لإنشاء مؤسساتهم الخاصة ، ومرافقة المشاريع وتجسيدها لتصبح واقع أي مؤسسات ناشئة . This research aims to study the role of university business incubators in supporting startup entrepreneurs, with a case study of the business incubator at the University of Mostaganem. By addressing the concept of startups and the concept of university business incubators and their role in supporting pioneering projects by university students, The research concluded the importance of these incubators in supporting idea owners to establish their own institutions, accompanying projects, and turning them into the reality of any startup.
