الاقتصاد الأخضر في الجزائر كأداة أساسية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية الاقتصاد الأخضر في الجزائر باعتباره أداة أساسية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وخيار إستراتيجي تسعى لتحقيقه. وذلك بالتركيز على أهم الإنجازات والمشاريع التي إنتهجتها في هذا المجال، وقد توصلنا في الأخير إلى أن الاقتصاد الأخضر من بين أهم نماذج التنمية الاقتصادية سريعة النمو حاليا ذات الصلة بالتنمية الدستدامة والحفاظ على البيئة والإستخدام الأمثل لمواردها وتحقيق الإزدهار الاقتصادي والإجتماعي كما يعد أداة مهمة يتم من خلالها الوصول إلى تنمية مستدامة بحيث تهدف هذه الأخيرة أيضا للمحافظة على البيئة من خلال حسن إستغلال مواردها وتعزيز النشاط الاقتصادي وتحقيق العدالة الإجتماعية وتقليل المخاطر البيئية، وبالتالي يتضح أن تبني الاقتصاد الأخضر في الجزائر وتطبيقه على أرض الواقع يساهم في تحقيق تنمية مستدامة. The study aims to highlight the importance of the green economy in Algeria as an essential tool for achieving sustainable development, and a strategic option that it seeks to achieve, by focusing on the most important achievements and projects undertaken in this field. Finally, we concluded that the green economy is among the most important models of rapidly growing economic development currently related to sustainable development, preservation of the environment, optimal use of its resources and the achievement of economic and social prosperity. It is also an important tool through which sustainable development is reached so that the latter also aims to preserve the environment. By making good use of its resources, promoting economic activity, achieving social justice and reducing environmental risks, it is clear that the adoption of the green economy in Algeria and its implementation on the ground contribute to achieving sustainable development.
